okay adam khoo here is one local multi-millionaire.
he bought a four-room flat at the age of 21.
the following is wad he said in the interview.
MH: What would you call the single most important reason for your success?
AK: I believe in investing in myself beyond the normal academic curriculum. I don't think I'm very smart; I just read a lot. We nourish our bodies every day by eating three meals, and that's natural to us. But how often does the average person nourish his mind or soul by reading something that inspires him? Rarely. Since I was young, I'd make it a point to read three or four books a week... on management, marketing, personal development and health.
and there's more.
MH: What about people who see the opportunity now, but don't have the liquidity to invest?
AK: Save up first. Investing is not about taking a whole chunk of money and dumping it in once. The safest way is to invest consistently over a period of time. So start to save first. Even if you earn $2000 a month, the first step is to cut your expenses. Cut the frills, save $200, $300, and start to invest consistently and regularly. You may not see your money grow overnight, or in three months or one year, but in two, three, four years, you're going to have a very nice portfolio.
this guy here is awesome man.
he sees this financial meltdown as an amazing opportunity.
cos it's a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence since the Great Depression.

Interesting Stuff #2
the following is one of the five skills abt career.
5) Learn Your Team
A US president has agencies to take care of big tasks and a personal staff for the details. "There's more help than you're used to," says Myers. "You adapt to incorporate all those extra people."
YOUR APPROACH "In today's world, nobody does things entirely on his or her own. Not setting up a team around you only ensures your failure," says Bradt. Follow these three rules to beef up your support network. First, focus co-workers on a task and not on you; second, remember that each of your actions, gestures and conversations says something about you; and finally, avoid badgering and getting in the way.

Interesting Stuff #3
Booze (males) -
Keep that champers on ice: 80% of alcoholic men are sterile, and unexplained dyspermia (low count, motility and high levels of abnormal sperm) increases with alcohol consumption. Booze stops you from absorbing zinc and vitamin B12, hits your testosterone production and causes impotence, Research by Paulista State University in Brazil found it also shrinks your balls. "Just two drinks can have a negative effect," says Zita West, author of Fertility and Conception.
Alcohol (females) -
Women who drink less than five units a week are twice as likely to conceive as those drinking 10.
this is to all obsessive drinkers man.
everything has its pros and cons.
and these are the side effects.
the shrinking part is horrible.
